Vanessa on Broadway in Beautiful

Vanessa is getting ready for her run as Carol King in Beautiful on Broadway for 10 weeks starting June 27th for 10 weeks.

Hi all,

I went last night, but unfortunately Vanessa did not perform. However, her understudy was fantastic. I guess I'll have to try to see her again.

Oh no!! That is so sad. I am sorry. We are going later this month. I hope she will be there. I wonder if it was because of that PBS Capitol 4th thing. I hope you live in the area.

I know nicole Ilovehanson saw it opening night and said she was amazing and she was a mess. I know I will be too!!

That happened to me last Summer with Waitress, Katherine McPhee had an emergency. It was sad but these things happen Her understudy was great!!

Nicole and I ended up sitting next to each other and we went to the after party. It was a blast. Vanessa was so so so good. I’m going to see it again around her birthday and probably again the last night she stars.
