I'm a ps2 fan, so I know a lot about the E3, because it's such a big event every year for the video game industry. All the video game companies reveal all their plans for the next fiscal year at the E3 (that's why it's so special) All E3 events are not held in rooms. They are all held in a big building where there are different places for each company, but you can walk from one company to another, because they aren't in rooms. That's why i know that vanessa had to be playing on stage (not in a room). Also, there's an E3 pic of vanessa playing, and in the background there is a live feed of vanessa (i also heard from a guy that recorded the song live at E3 that he recorded from the live feed, because it was hard to see VC) And of course, the sound is definitely not live (you can just use your ear).
