no new computer in the near future for me...

my fuckin dad won't even pay $70-90 for a new modem BECAUSE I NEED FUCKING INTERNET AT HOME BECAUSE I AM ON THE NEWSPAPER STAFF!

And it would save a hell of a lot of gas not to have to go to the library everyday...

really!?!  I used to know people that lived in Ken-tuck-y (how boring you spell like it sounds)

Anyway, and they could drive at 15!

My friend who lives in Nebraska can drive at 15 too.  But thehy have like 32435789 levels of permits so she gets her licence at 17 too

And in Virgina you can drive at like 15 and 1/2 I think.  I don't know they changed it, but I think it was 15 and now it's 15 and 1/2.

yea, it would be smart of him though to buy it, cause then HE WOULDN'T HAVE TO GIVE HER GAS MONEY SO OFTEN!

but then again, he doesn't have to take me, come back home, come pick me up, then go back home....such a dick...

but I gotta go....bye!

Where were these Kentuckians from?

EDIT: What city?

Also, it used to be you got our license 6 months after you got your permit, now if you were born AFTER 1990, you have to wait a year. I don't think it was ever when you 15. I could be wrong, though.

why the hell would you need to be a certain age to buy a lighter????

its just a lighter!!!
all it does is produce fire...
that doesnt make sence, you cant tell who's a pyro or not,why should age matter either?
(since that last sentence didnt really make sence ,i was saying that you could be selling the lighter to anyone, you dont know what their going to do with it, so,why should age matter?)

that doesnt nesacerly mean that their going to go and smoke...

where i live, i think its no age for lighter(i never heard of anything so rediculous) and 18 for sigorretts(yes, i cant spell   )

I used to live in Tennessee, and you have to be 18 to buy a lot of things, and they do ID people for these.  Let me just name a few:
Cigarettes, Lighters and anything else classified as "Smoking Paraphernalia" such as Rolling Papers, Hammers, Saws and most other tools, Correction Fluid (White-Out), Most OTC Medicines, and the list goes on and on.  For the most part, I can understand their reasoning because I did a lot of stupid things with many of those items before I was 18.
