Scott Peterson, we don't have a topic like this to debate on. Again, there's a difference between intelligent debate and arguing. So if you can't do the first of the two, stay out of the thread so you don't do the latter.
But I still have yet to seen anything to prove this man is guilty of any crime. And the way the prosecution is handling this case is absolutely horrible--especially the family going in the Peterson home and taking 5 cars full of stuff, without the defense being able to do their investigation inside the home. It's like the prosecution and Modesto police don't even want to give the man a fair trial, they're ready to give him his lethal injection dose already.
And the media on this case is by far the worst example of media biased. They're ready to kill him too, all the time without citing any semblence of proof.
I read a book one time about unfair procedures in investigations (before I changed from pre-law). It said that when a married woman is married that often times the investigation IMMEDIATELY turns to the husband, often times with little/no evidence.
