anyone have hyperhidrosis?

or knows anyone who does? I am getting surgery for it in like two weeks or something....I am alittle scared b/c they are gonna stick a big needle under both my armpits to make me sleep..........ahhhh! (hates needles) they are going to put 4 titanium clips across my chest cavity...help!

I know this guy who has to have it. I have the biggest crush on him and I noticed he always sweat.....A LOT! So I went on the internet to see if there was an explanation for it and I came across hyperhidrosis.
