im confused about this...
why did you guys call it "dark carnival"??
is that its real name?
or is it just 'Carnival' ...but...like a different version(you know, like "devide and conquer&ordinary day")
did vanessa change carnival's name to dark carnival? or did you guys just make it up??
also with the lyrics...
i thought you only saw like a clip of it?
how can you determine that the rest of the words are from the orginal carnival??
mabie the rest of the song is different too....
....you dont know.....

well..... :?

Is this an error in the lyrics thread???
"Tell me it won't hurt
Tell me it won't hurt
Tell me it won't hurt
Tell me it won't
Tell me it won't
And she runs on her own
And your heart beat for you know
Not a sweet alibi
When you get your bloody dose
In the still of the night
It is there you'll feel it most
In this dark carnival
Where the end is close
"

and i think it should be
"Tell me it won't hurt
Tell me it won't hurt
Tell me it won't hurt
Tell me it won't
Tell me it won't
And she runs on her own
And you'll hurt before you know
Not a sweet alibi
When you get your bloody dose
In the still of the night
It is there you'll feel it most
In this dark carnival
Where the end is close
"

`cause i just listened to the song like loud and clear and i since thats what she says through the whole song, why would it change there??
i dont know, i just think thats what she says... :?

Kinda not digging the new lyrics... dunno. I thought the original was ok, not for release, but a good demo song...

Ok... nitpick.

Dark Carnival and Carnival actually had a name change. Lyrics have changed. She changed the name. Same thing with Interlude and ATM. You can think of this as the song being worked on, and the other forms weren't quite finished.

However,

Quote
or is it just 'Carnival' ...but...like a different version(you know, like "devide and conquer&ordinary day")

She never changed the name of that song. It has always been "Ordinary Day." The fans have appended the "(Divide & Conquer)" to the name to distinguish that version from the final album version. So, you would properly refer to the songs as "Ordinary Day (Divide & Conquer [Version])" and "Ordinary Day" respectivly.

Sorry, it's a pet peeve of mine.
