Ok, I don't think i've seen this answered in the FAQ so sorry if it is.

I reported a post the other day or so, and I was just wondering what happens when you report it? Because it hasn't been deleted or anything, and im not sure if you guys can tell who reported it, but yeah. Even tho it's fallen down, I still think it should have been deleted. Not trying to act all you know, but im just curious...lol

When you hit the button an alert goes out to all the mods.
Which ever mod gets to it first checks it out, if its a genuine complain the thread will get locked, if its obscene, it'll get removed.

The thread you reported was checked out by Tricia and felt it didnt warrent locking or removing so it was left.

Sorry I just thought it was sorta pointless, and the person who posted it has also posted other pointless post's that I didn't wanna read even tho I had no idea what was going to be said, but I guess i'll just have to deal...or not read post's by that person that I think are going to be like that.

I'd just like to add: Nobody need ever feel bad/stupid for reporting a post that doesn't get locked. It's better to have some okay threads reported, than to let lock worthy threads go by.

So thanks for the report Laura. Nice work :)
