The fact that you didn't listen to his advice is not the problem. It's that you attacked and insulted him then tried to pretend you were better than him. It's pathetic and I don't like to let people like you get away with that kinda crap.
Next up, I don't assume you're an arrogant prick BECAUSE you have a journalism background. I SEE that you're an arrogant prick from the things you say. The journalism background just explains it to me.

And I presume to know more than someone 12 years older than me because, well, to state the obvious, i do. As Pete pointed out, age is not neccesarily an indicator of wisdom.
And you're DAMN right I lash out at people. I'm a complete SOB when I want to be. I at no point make any pretense of being a civil, polite or nice person. So don't make the mistake of assuming I am. But I only respond when provoked, and only then when I have a GOOD reason for it.
Its amazing, because normally I expect better responses from an adult but you argue like the 13 year olds im used to seeing on the VCMB. Hm. Kinda depressing really.
