Does anyone have information on a Taping Policy?

Can anyone help me get information about Vanessa's Taping Policy?  I'm trying to get her shows hosted on Archive.org, and they wont do it until they get a copy of her taping policy (to prove that she allows taping of her shows and sharing of these recordings).

I'm almost 100% certain she has a taping policy because I have some of her shows that were recorded on mic stands (which isnt allowed unless the artist agrees to it).  Her official web-site contains no legal or contact information, so if someone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it..
