well thank you for replying anyway. It actually looks like it is going to be interesting. The only problem is trying to keep up, it comes on a few times a week and I can never keep track.

UGH Big Brother has now had something like 4 series here too, there is even a whole channel devoted to it. You can watch it 24 hours a day, even when they sleep- oh how thrilling. They all come out, become Z-list celebrities and go on to present CRAP tv shows!

I don't think that any of them have actually gone on to do anything in the previous 3. Here you can subscribe to watch online 24/7. I don't think I will pay for that, the few times a week is cool for me.

This time they added 5 of the housguests' ex boyfriend/girlfriends in to the mix (neither had any idea that was going to happen) that is why it is the X Factor. So we shall see if they use them to their advantage or not.

I watched a little bit of it, just because I was bored...I rarly watch TV, mainly the only things I watch are Conan and SNL...But it was pretty funny, and The X Factor was just plain mean!

EWW they showed some of it on RI:SE this morning and YUCK fish guts! Its apparently going to be shown over here aswell, its all so serious and not light hearted at all like BB over here. It cracks me up! The stupid music and voices!

I don't know... somewhere along the line with my consistent watching of news I developed an interest in the TV shows that contaned real people I guess. more so than the "sitcoms" or "dramas"? That's the only thing I can come up with... :?

I only watched the first series. Those people were real, didn't know if anyone would watch and didn't know what would happen to them when they'd leave the house. The 2nd series only had people who wanted some attention/become famous. That was boring. I'd rather watch a snail make love to itself on the discovering channel!
