OK, so I'm not sure if too many people care, but I'd highly recommend that everyone listen to the songs currently up on her Myspace. It's new stuff, her first new stuff in like 7 years, and it's pretty awesome.

She left Geffen because she didn't like the bubblegum sound they were forcing her to sing. Her stuff's still pop-y, but it's definitely very different. Check it out!

I remember this one song from her's where shes at a beach or something in the music video. But I never really looked into her or listend to any of her stuff.

I like Hoku. She was really good and shes recording a new album now! I think her dad died though :cry:
