You needed to know, 'cause otherwise I wouldn't have had the chace to tell you.

I need a new sig

The girl on the car in the parking lot, says "Man you should try and take a shot. Can't you see mywalls are crumbling?" And she looks at the building, then says she's thinking of jumping. She says she's tired of life, she must be tired of something.

Awesome song. Yes, that's your new sig, child.

Yeah let me tell you a story (this is the abridged version of that in the recording)

We were on Yawkey Way before the game, and we had some time to kill so we went into one of the redsox stores on the street. . . and they had a clear counter filled with valeuable baseball cards and the guy behind the counter says to these 12-yearold-ish kids "You boys want some cah-ards?"

And I turned to my mom and said (a little too loud) "OMG!  They really talk like that!"

Now I'm sure not everyone talks like that (to be fair which I shouldn't be be) but this guy had the Boston accent to a tee

And can you honestly say that you've never heard someone say (or even said yourself) "Pahk Street"?

EVERYONE said Park Street just like that.  Pahk Street.
