I love that song by OutKast 'hey ya'.  It has sort of a 'carnival' feel to it.  :)   'boys of summer' by the Ataris is also one of my favorites.  And, I hate to say it but 'so yesterday' by Hilary. Sorry, but hey. What can I do, it's catchy.
