"just kidding. I just thought that article didn't quite capture what I was trying to say. you all deserve the crystal clear facts. cuz I love ya. RS failed to mention the Cure sounds that I've been toying with, along with a jammin booty rockin song called Private Radio. There are dark themes and creepy sounding strings (you guys should here She Floats!!!) but i'm not writing an industrial record and though I love NIN, wiccan culture (it's rad), and corsets, I am not a descendent of a germanic tribe. my advice, ignore the press til you have the record"

what is NIN? and what does she mean by "i'm not writing an industrial record" ?

i think "not an industrial record" means she's not just cranking out a record you know? like, it's not the same as her old one. it's different, new. but that's just my guess...

Yea, Industrial is a type of music but it sounds much more different than heavy metal.  To me, heavy metal, death metal and industrial sound very different.  ILC is a good example of Industrial, 30 seconds to mars, acumen nation... etc.

NIN (Nine Inch Nails) is an amusing reference as well.  It's very diff than what she tends to write so i think she was just noting how she make like something, it doesn't mean she is that "type" of person.

I found the use of "cuz" interesting and as ntoed before... the incorrect use of "here" vs "hear"...

Maybe I'll see if i can contact her people and get confirmation from her, that that was her.

yes it is curious...
shes never sounded quite so much like a message board junkie before..
maybe after however many posts its been shes finally reaching a point where shes at the "loosen up phase", shall we call it?

Wow. This is one of the many reasons why I love Nessa--she has a great sense of humor, and keeps her fans on their toes. I think her first gothic "children of the night" post was a great, humorous reply to the interview the other day; it still has me smiling and chuckling.
