Britney Spears is doing "Me Against The Music" right now...It's so OBVIOUS she is lip syncing...And her hat fell off and her microphone almost fell off too! Hahaha!

EDIT: Oh my god! Look at those high heels! And she's dancing like that!
Actually, SNL has a strict no-lip syncing policy. She just sang over some pre-recording vocals, which is why she sounded so horrible that night. Of course she always sounds horrible live, but more so than usual this time.

anyone see last weeks? omg, it was so funny. best skit was the opening skit making fun of the elections. i liked Kerry's line "i'm forgainst it. i don't flip flop, i'm pandering!" and then the president would say over and over "well... it's just hard work. i don't even know why my oponent wants this job... it's really hard"

haha. great stuff. i'm sick of Ben though.

i hope Vanessa is on this season!!

I don't believe she was entirely lip-syncing, it was a pre-recorded vocal track that was meant to play over her live vocals, because let's face it, she (like Britney) sounds pretty bad live.

please, i have no sympathy for her.  If you can't sing it live, don't sing it at all, and DON'T blame your lack of talent on the band!

i was listening to the radio today, and they had an interview with her dad which is also her manager, and he said something like "well, Ashley developed acid reflux, and the acid burned her vocal chords, making her singing sound like a frog. now I told her she's not going to sing on SNL like a frog, so i wanted to use a recorded track. Ashley didn't want to do that, wanted to be herself.. or something, but i told her no and that was that. our new drummer was so excited about playing on SNL that he forgot to skip to a new track and instead started playing the song that had already been performed that night. Ashley was upset and stood on stage waiting for a comercial, but it didn't come so she just walked off"

that's pretty much what his excuse was
