I'll say this. Andrew! We love ANY guy with an animal(s). I don't know why. And I'm pretty sure cats are up there with big dogs. Yes, big dogs, not little dogs. I realize cats are smaller than dogs, but it's all good in the neighborhood because cts are supposed to be smaller than dogs, because all dogs are supposed to be big, and guys who are living alone should not have a small dog, they should have a cat. Because cats are small, but they're supposed to be, so yes . . . having a cat is like having a big dog and having a big dog, does make you a super manly man.

If that made sense. And I'm not sayng you're only a "super manly man" if you have a dog, I was just saying it helps when you have a big dog, not a dog who's little.

lol... as the owner of a 22 lb cocker spaniel... i resent that statement! lol, jk...   so what if my dog is smaller then some cats? she's a good, sweet dog, and i love her to death. some call her "sissy" but when she was younger she could out run most dogs much bigger than her in are neighborhood and be stronger in tug-o-war.

hehe... and yeah, it's sexy when guys have dogs or cats! especially dogs! (atleast for me). cause it shows theyre sensitive and caring if theyre good with pets.

I read once that women like men with pets because it shows a guy can take care of someone other than himself.  And that says to a woman that he could take care of her.  Which is reassuring to women.
