If it counts for anything I just worked out I'm a DELTAholic to the tune of

AU$549.89  On the bright side - I'm still due AU$200 worth of prize

That's quite some Deltaholism.....but I can't say I blame you  :eatarrow:

I really should introduce our Squirrel friend to New Zealand  I'm sure a
Possum has absconded with the C5 Package that was dispatched Airmail
to me last Tuesday b/c there's no sign of it after 8 days - its uninsured :o

9 Days and no sign of the C5 Package dispatched from NZ :-o

Just as a Squirrel will take off with your nuts so a New Zealand Possum will
take off with fruit - or given the chance - nest lining material i.e. packaging!

It wouldn't be the first time a Possum has taken packaging for this purpose
- they're nocturnal and borrow/steal most things in the middle of the night!

I just hope for Katie that there's a plausable reason for the delay and the
C5 Package arrives by Friday (10 days to reach Australia Airmail from NZ)!

Received notice of the C5 Pakage arriving but not until 5:00PM tonight so
I'll have to pick up Katie's Xmas Pressie from the Post Office tomorrow

I just have to survive the wait for Steph's Delta themed creations to arrive!
Steph I so need to do something about this ongoing nervous sensation

False alarm Katie - it turned out to be a cylinder with a calendar in it lol :o

At this point its 13 days(Monday 24th) since it was dispatched so I'll e-mail
the sender to see if they have a plausable explanation for the delay so far!

Also designing Xmas labels  4 any1 interested I'm starting on them 2day

Katie: here's an extract from the email I sent regarding delay of your Xmas
pressie arriving (I anticipate a reply with the next 24hrs *waits by PC*)  :o

Quote
the
order was confirmed shipped on November 11th but I still await
delivery of the (C5?) package after 11 days:-o I'd appreciate
your reassurance the delay is customs/quarantine related as I
was under the impression the AU$8.92 I paid in shipping costs
would ensure the package arrived in Australia in < 14 days:-o

Peace

Aaron :-)

Not even Kylie can top Delta
Luke Dennehy The Herald
25nov03

"DELTA power proved too much for Kylie Minogue as the pair went head to head on the pop charts yesterday.

Minogue's new album, Body Language, entered the charts at No. 2 -- more than 3000 copies behind Goodrem's Innocent Eyes.
Body Language was expected to go straight to the top, but sources said it sold 25,433 copies compared with 28,593 for Innocent Eyes.

It was a disappointing response after more than 160,000 Minogue albums were shipped to record stores around the country.

Kylie's last album, Fever, went straight to No. 1.

Goodrem has now been on top of the charts for 25 weeks, equalling John Farnham's record for Whispering Jack.

Innocent Eyes has been in the charts for 35 weeks.

Minogue's single, Slow, debuted at both No. 1 in Australia and UK. "
