This was inspired by the debate of the Michelle Branch Maxim issue....

If VC did a Maxim issue, would you lose respect for her? Would you still listen to her?

Basically, I know every guy would love to see it, but still, what would you think of her, rather your a guy or girl.

Well considering she once said 'I look forward to continuing to make good music and keeping clothed' (or something like that :roll: ) - I don't think it's very likely... :wink:

But if she did I wouldn't lose respect for her at all and I would still support her music. I believe that it's up to her to do what she wants and if she did it, then so be it. I wouldn't diss her.

as long as the music stays true to herself, and is not like the image makeover Christina went through with Dirrrty (where not only the image but music also changed), I would have no problem with her posing for a men's mag.
She's beautiful, and Maxim is great for highlighting a woman's beauty.

I think that it would bring my level of respect for her to a higher level. It would have to take guts to do that, and I would respect that. I will love her music no matter what. As long as she writes it.

Interesting...

Because when I posted this on the LPU, (posted the MB wallpaper, and told them about it...Currently 9 pages) alot of people said that the pictures made them lose alot of respect for MB, although most people said they didn't like her in the first place...but of course lots of guys said "Holy Shit!"

I don't agree. I think it takes guts not to do something like that when everyone else is. Plus, this poll is an argument of the undivided middle- of course i would still like Vanessa but i would be dissapointed-and if people claim its "about the music" then why would she have to do it in the first place?
