Every time ATM is played on any local radio station i hear it doesnt have the piano intro. it starts right with "makin my way downtown..." i've heard it like that on at least 3 different stations. lol
Is it like that were any of u ppl live?

always get the piano intro but there's usually a DJ talking over it.

yeah, they play the intro on my station, but the DJ is usually saying "and here's Vanessa Carlton, A Thousand Miles" and that takes up almost the whole intro so you're left with hearing like the last two measures of it. kinda sux but it's nice they say her name. lol

From what I have noticed they will sometimes cut musical intros/outros like that just to save airtime. I've noticed that on a lot of songs with longer intros/outros they cut it. So it is probably just a radio edit they do to save 30 seconds of airtime lol

very much true. they do it with bridges, like 3EB's "Semi Charmed Kinda Life." it's towards the end of the song they cut a whole chunk out of it.

there's two stations here that play ATM... hit fm 104.4, and kiss fm. 93.1.
and they always play the piano intro

I didnt think it was too weird when one station did it, but every station here (that plays it) cuts the intro. and knowing all u have the intro...makes me ponder  :|

which one's do you listen to?

102.7  doesnt quite come in here. i listen to 92.7 and 105.5 but i dont think u get those cuz they might be VC (ventura county) only
