i'm still on the fence with this if i want to get it or not.  it looks like a fuckin' awesome set...however, I have a feeling that Peter Jackson will release these again in an ultimate box set containing the director's cut of the film...i guess i can wait and see.

Yeah, it's pretty freaking awesome. I hesitated too but when I saw the movie and I was like o_O, I decided to get it anyway.
Although it's a bit expensive for 2 dvds...

It was $35.00 on the site I always order from and since I got 2 other dvds, I only paid like $4.00 of shipping for this one.

just checked WalMart.com again and it went back up to its normal price of $35, but its still out of stock.  i'd like to pic this set up, maybe best buy will have it for around $35 too.
