In a way I hope it does too, and I also hope it doesn't. If it has a good piano groove like a thousand miles then it would be perfect for the radio, trhell etc. (yes, I meant trl) but then again, we wan't everybody to see a different less "poppy" side of Vanessa than a thousand miles.. but I do hope it has a cool piano groove to it, just not like a thousand miles if you understand what I mean.

i get exactly what you mean. people need to see that she has a somewhat NON poppy side to her, and that might even help her sell more records this time around if she shows a different side.

They were inspired by a walk I took through a blizzard recently. Most days, you just go through the motions, but that day, I was like 'I am a human being with cold toes and a warm heart.' One of those songs, 'White Houses' could be a single. I probably need to go on walks more often!

She said could be a single, and she didn't say 1st single! So there is no push back of Private Radio.

by the way, I just wrote two new songs that are bumping some old ones off. I'm so proud of them. I do believe I have a new first single. woohoo.

Since Vanessa said that Private Radio was going to be her first single, in an older interview, we can olny come to the conclusion, that Private radio is no longer the First single. And White Houses will be replacing it for the first single spot.
