LOL - no i haven't i feel off the wagon - i am just getting back on .....slowly
i have been having a very difficult personal life recently and turned to carbs to soothe my soul - i am so bad ---

i still haven't gained too much back --- like 5lbs or so --- but thats not that bad considering i had lost almost 20.... so yeh...
