Alright, please don't think me a complete case of insanity (perhaps this should be posted in the thread about "You know you're a fan when..."
) but I've been wondering: since Harmonium is only going to have 10 songs on it, how long of a CD will it be? As in, in minutes? So, being the resourceful person that I am, I listed out the songs that will probably be on there, and started to put down times for them.
I used Kulp's list, since I think that his is probably the most accurate:
1. C'est la Vie - 2:50
2. Papa - 2:30
3. White Houses - *4:00*
4. [2nd Blizzard Song] - *4:00*
5. Morning Sting - *4:30*
6. San Francisco - *4:30*
7. Private Radio - *4:00*
8. [Untitled] - *4:00*
9. She Floats - 4:55
10.Afterglow - 3:30
The ** around the times for certain songs denote the ones that I've never heard, and therefore have no idea how long they are; so I just estimated. I know that some of the people from the original DVD taping heard Morning Sting and San Fransisco; does anyone remember about how long they were? Maybe in relation to Papa or Afterglow?
Anyways, the final time that I get from what I have up there is
38:45. Be Not Nobody was 45:57, and just for comparison, Ev's Fallen was somewhere around 44 minutes. By any reckoning, I'd say that Harmonium is still a little short. I guess the reasoning is that the DVD makes up for this.
But, I'd like to get a more concrete estimate, so any comments, please post!
