As for those who complain about the piano part....
One of those things you learn as you get better and better at writing, arranging, and orchestrating is that less is often more. She isn't writing a piano part to be complicated. She is writing it to support the song as a whole. It is her voice and her lyrics that carry the song. Everything else is SECONDARY. This includes the piano.
Why does it matter if a piano part is hard? Sometime simplicity is beautiful. Think The Counting Crows' Colorblind and Richard Marx's Waiting for You. Those are two of the most beautiful songs ever in popular music to use a piano. The piano parts are also accessible to someone who has played for two years. Does that detract from their beauty, just because it isn't difficult?
