Yeah, I was thinking something exactly like that would happen. Either that or they stumble upon some other place or part of that island or another where other survivors of the crash are... like remember Rose's husband, who she is certain is alive, but just somewhere else? Because if the raft is successful, then there really isn't much point to the show... and since it is rather popular, I'm sure ABC is going to run with it as long as possible.

Lol, it seems they rarely show her. But the last time I was going, where the hell is she, she appeared in the next episode. Assumedly she's still alive. I mean, if the dinosaur in the forest didn't eat her

ugh...dinosaur my ass. it's a "security system" as the french chick puts it. I was kind of disappointed in that, as I was hoping for some sort of creature, but I'm thinking now it's some sort of machine. I guess a large machine is more "realistic" than a monster :lol:

lol I know! I want to know what the large machine is though! I was thinkin they may end up on the other side of the island and find other people or something, but I'm still sad that the little boy gave his dog away. It made me sad. I know he had to but I wish he wouldn't have.

I really hate Shannon, but that part with her, Walt and the dog was nice. Probably the only scene where I didn't obsessively hate her. The sad part was when the dog started swimming after the raft. :cry:

The finale's on tonight! I can't wait! I'm going to tape American Idol and watch that after Lost. I know it's definately going to be a cliffhanger but I have no idea what kind!

I fricken forgot it was gonna be a two hour thing. I went out and got home at 9:30, and I turned the tv on and ended up watching the last half hour, and then watched the first hour that my vcr taped. So I missed about a half an hour of the middle of the ep, so someone has to fill me in about stuff, heh heh.

Anyways, while watching this ep I decided that I really dislike Charlie. Even more than Shannon. But not as much as Claire. I really hate her. Lol. I'm just curious, but who are your favorite and least favorite people on the island, now that you've seen the whole first season?

Did any of you actually like the ending? I thought it was kind of stupid. I won't go into detail in case people reading haven't watched it yet...

I think the part you missed was when Russo took the baby and when they were trying to bring the dynamite back the monster grabbed Locke and was pulling him into the ground and Locke wanted to be let go.

Yeah, I saw Rousseau take the baby... I think the part when it cut off was right as the "monster" was going to get Locke. So that whole part ended up being a half an hour? And I think I missed something that explained the conversation between Kate and Jack right as Locke was about to light the dynamite. Something about her being on his side because there was going to be a Locke problem? What was that all about??

Locke had a discussion with Jack about destiny, basically saying that there's a reason they're on the island. The island brought them there together. He explained that he thought he would be okay if the monster took him because he had faith. Jack also asked him if he liked to play games and Locke said yes.

There was a flashback where Paik sent an American guy that spoke Korean and told Jin he was there to watch him to make sure he delivered the watch and told him he never was and never would be free.
