Oh, how i heart this band :-P they're classified as "jangle-pop" - kind of like a modern beatles only not british. They're SO awesome, their song At The Wake is one of my all time favorite songs.

they released their debut cd a few months ago, i got it in the beginning of the month and i haven't stopped listening to it! the songs i recommend are:

They're touring mostly the West and the central states. No where in KY. :\

I saw The Format back in July of 2003. I absolutely loved them. MTV has played The First Single on Laguna Beach.

yeah i saw that last night, i started singing along :-P woot!

i'm so jealous you got to see them - they tend to stick in the nevada/colorado - ish area. no east coast love.

I HATE MY FRIEND! SHE TOTALLY GOT ME HOOKED ON THEM AND I HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO THEM FOR THE PAST WEEK STRAIGHT!!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING, I WANT TO BUY THEIR STARTER KIT.
