You all know I used to be a bit of a grammar nazi... And on the inside, I still criticize most every text I see on a daily basis. The only thing that I don't really care about anymore is when I'm IMing/texting. But there's a limit to that, of course...
Yesterday, my friend sent this to me in a comment:
GOOD. TRYiN TO GET THRU SCHOOL [AGAiN]
0_0 Are you serious right now?
I'm sorry, but that's just sad. Of course, I am not going to be a dick to her and say, "Hey, you need to read a book or two. Your spelling and grammar are deplorable." Yet, I'm still thinking it, and restraining myself until the desire fades...
Although I guess that's not what you mean by English fail... I do know what you mean, though.It makes for a good laugh for sure. Especially when someone is trying to "act smart" by typing as perfectly as they can while they are arguing with someone else, and then they make a ridiculous error that they then repeat!
I need some examples, so if I can remember, I'll post some haha.
