Harmonium without vocals
« on: November 08, 2004, 11:10:24 pm »
I just watched Pleased To Meet You on the enhanced Harmonium. They played a lot of the songs from Harmonium without the vocals. I really liked that. I think it'd be cool to have a Harmonium with no vocals at all, just the isntruments. I'd really like to listen to that. I liked Private Radio without the vocals. Its played when she is beginning to talk about publicity, and there are photographers taking pictures of her. Respond what you will.

I'd like to hear Half A Week Before the Winter without the vocals!
I love the She Floats Orchestra in the clip and San Francisco strings!

I think The Wreckage would make a perfect solo piece on the piano.

DeepWithinMyLove -  if it doesn't just pop up, go to My Computer, then right click on whichever drive is the drive Harmonium is in, then click open, you should be able to double click on something from there to open it. That all is, if you have a PC.

blueglove - you can get songs frmo Harmonium without vocals? Could you get Private Radio? That'd be awesome. But if it is too much trouble, do not worry about it.

I loved hearing a snippet of Private Radio that was piano only on the documentary.  I thought it sounded very cool.

Oh and soo agree i would LOVE to hear this album without vocals, i mean Vanessa's singing add so much more to the songs but the music itself is just as powerful!!

Aaaaaaarg this just bugs me even more, though...what is that song that she's playing in the second preview and throughout quite a bit of "Pleased To Meet You"? It pops up so much that I would expect it to be a song from Harmonium, but we've been through all of them...someone will have to ask her.

i think an entire instrumental/orchestral compilation album of select songs from be not nobody and harmonium would be awesome, and perpaps even vanessa's rendition of a classical piece

Yeah, I'd like to hear Who's to Say without vocals. I haven't gotten to watch the whole DVD yet, because I had to leave my house for some reason. But I'd also like to hear Annie without vocals.
