But yeah when do you normally take down your christmas decorations - tree, lights etc

you are so evil, thats what I wanted to say. On the other hand, Christmas lights, they stay up all year. Lights are pretty.

here in Brazil (ok, I'm not sure if it's a brazilian tradition or if my mom made it up when I was a kid lol) we usually take them down after the 6th of january... It's like Kings's day or something like that

yes, it's over on the 6th... you know the 12 days of Christmas.

And we took our tree down, usually we leave it up til the 6th but it was TOO big (my parents are dumb) and it was just simply getting in the way. Our lights though, are still up.

I've always believed that the proper time to uninstall Christmas decorations is January 6, the day of Epiphany.

King's Day is the 12th day of Xmas and time to take the Xmas decos down :wink:
