You all make me cry... Until today the album didn't get to my house
I'm waiting like crazy... I'm crazy to hear the songs and to put one of the songs on the BRAZILIAN RADIOS..

Yeah, it's possible, I only have to pay 10 reais and they play the song for one week

But I can't do it because the fucking mail didn't bring the album for me

Man, it really sucks that it's taking so long.  Now I'm scared that after all this waiting you're gonna be totally disappointed when you get it!  lol

It would be soooooooooo cool if you got one of my songs on Brazilian radio!  Wow.

In this radio, they play normal songs. and if you wanna say a new, it's for free.. but if you want a song that you think it'd never be at Radios, you can pay 10 reais..

I paid days ago to play ANNIE and last year " Rinse ".. Rinse was almost a hit...

I road tested The Something I believe In as a 'Driving CD' whilst en route to
visiting my brother 109 miles away; It ROCKS! A cautionary note though; if
you don't wish to reach for the Kleenex first up, don't start with track 7

The road to goodbye
Isn't one I want to take
But I have to try
'Cause I've lost my way today

Peace

Indeed, "The Road to Goodbye" is sorta depressing.  That's its point.   :D   The first time I played it for my best friend, Caitlin, she cried like a baby.  LOL.

I'm really proud of that song.  I mean, it's totally simple, but I like some of the lyrics a lot.  I used the theme of traveling throughout the entire thing and it seems to have worked nicely.

And it's sooooo fun to sing!  I played it live for the first time a couple weeks ago.  It was cool.   :)

After I saw Aarons post this morning before leaving to go to college I decided to listen to the cd in the car on the way there to. It's definitely a driving cd. And I loved listening to The Road To Goodbye in the car. I don't know why, I just did.

Oh & Shannon, on a totally different subject I've been meaning to ask. Do you have sheet music for your songs? I don't know how hard they are to play but I wanted to give it a try, lol.

No...no sheet music for my songs.  Most of them are pretty easy though, so I can tell you what key they're in or the chords I'm using and I bet you could figure them out from there.

It's kinda tricky to try to explain all this, esp. the bridge.  So I'm holding off on the bridge until you guys learn what's here.  You'll have to figure out the riffs yourself, but this will at least give you a starting off point.  I hope it helps!!  I think it's awesome that you want to learn my song(s)!

OK.  So "Collide" goes something like this...

Key of D.

Chords:
   verses:  D (D,F#,A)/ A (C#,E,A)/ (B,D,F#)/ (B,C#,E)
   chorus:  right hand--G (G,B,D)/ (F#,A,D)/ Em (E,G,B)/ G (G,B,D)
             left hand--(octaves) B........D...........E.............G

:? I hope I didn't just make it more difficult than it already was!  lol
