It will have to be taken into deliberation if anyone wins  :wink:. I think that because we were given the news about a single on a day (even though the news was no new single), that to me counts as an announcement... so we will have to discuss  .

1. We are guessing the announcement date of the new single. This means that you are guessing the date we find out from either: A&M, a post by Vanessa, or an accredited web source [MTV.com, VH1.com, VC.com, radio station website, etc.], what the new single will be.

The fact that there was an announcement that there will be no single still counts as an announcement date for the single!  :razz:

It is a minor technicality, but we also said it doesn't matter what the single will be or when it will be released, just when they tell us what is going on  :wink:.

Errr no it doesn't? It says the announcement is for what the new single will be or the date the new single will be released. That doesn't count in negation.

After some deliberation, it has been decided that we will send out two signed posters.
 
Rosieposy87 was correct in that there will be no second single, and thus there will never be an announcement of a second single, so she is a winner.

Also, saphire guessed that on May 7th there would be an announcement for the new single, and while the announcement made was that there will be no new single, it is still technically an announcement. In trying to be fair to everyone, saphire will recieve a poster, also.
