when i heard that on the dvd i thought she was just playing something to warm up...  like sometimes i just play little riffs of stuff when my fingers arent cooperating, but since she said 1, 2, 3, 4, like if they were recording that then maybe not...

i've said that too but she said that Quail Dude Squaw is the hardest song she has ever written and this melody definetly isn't that hard to play as papa for example. But Maybe the Rest of the siong is realy heavy. Well at least i wiuld say it's quail dude squaw too.  :?  :D

If that was her going for a "keeper" in the studio, the "4" would have ruined the take, as it steps on the first piano notes.  Many times in the studio, a count-off will drop the last number for that reason.

I should go watch the DVD again.  That sounded like a nice track. I like how the piano is bolstered by the cymbals in the same way that SF is.

And I have no clue what that song is.  I hope it gets rescued from those sessions.
