I can't believe how good these songs are! Its quite a different style of music from c'est la vie, papa, etc- i like it SO much more! Its the kind of music i've been hoping she'd make!

I think "This Time" would be a good single for radio.  But honestly, I think all three are really good and could be radio friendly (which obviously makes it easier for a song to become a 'hit').  

I think "The One" would make a great music video concept.  I see the story unfolding..then again.. "Put your hands on me" would make a great concept video too...I picture "High Fidelity" type cinematography...
