So yeah.  Vanessa's a genius!  And a wonderful lyricist.   :)

I am totally agreed with you!

I voted the Ordinary Day lyric, because i like the "divide and conquer" lyrics better.

I voted for: "Speeding, into the horizon. Dreaming of a siren..", as I think that these lyrics mean more than people would think. I asked my friend out of curiosity what he thought of the song "The Wreckage", and what he thought it was about. He carelessly replied, "A car crash". In my opinion, this is too obvious for Vanessa, and when I listened to the song over a few times, I think that "The Wreckage" was about suicide. If you care to ask me why, I'll tell you :).

I also think that, surprisingly (everyone has got this), "White Houses" is about when Vanessa lost her virginity. However, if someone could prove me wrong I'd be more than happy to hear your opinions.

I thought the lyrics in both of those songs made it abundantly clear that they were about suicide and the loss of a girl's virginity.  I'm surprised there are people who don't pick up on that.

I voted for "The Wreckage" lyrics because they were my favorite of the options, but my actual favorites are:

"all i ask is to be able to walk on water"
&
"Mother don’t tell me friends are the ones/that I lose, Cause they’d bleed before you/Sometimes family are the ones you choose”
&
"She’s as fine as dandelions blowin’ in the wind/She’s not thinkin’ she’s listening”

my favorite lyrics are:

"The summer dies and it's just moments we have together"

and since i love v quotes, my favorite would be:
"With music, i dont have to be silent"

sorrry for not making this one post:

half a week before the winter has the strongest lyrics

"He sits behind a desk of mahogony, wispers dreams into my ear; though i've given him his empire, he delivers me my fear"

"I carry all the weight of empty promise, as i stand swallowed by the light flickering above the highway, I HOLD MY HEAD AND KNOW THE STREETS ARE MINE TONIGHT"

wow
