in our neighborhood if something like that happens we don't call the police, because my dad is one of them, so it'd be pointless. If we deem it that they're going beyond the reasonable limit of which a parent can take on towards a child (though it hasn't happened yet) dad would just take a gun (he actually always has one, so it wouldn't be any different) and go arrest them, because it seems most people don't realize that a police officer can still make arrests when their not on duty.........in fact Mike, if you deem it necessary and have evidence to back yourself up, you can arrest them yourself, a citizens arrest! I have absolutely no idea how it works, but if you can, and you're concerned, then there you go.
