Anybody Write Their Own Songs/Lyrics?

I write songs when i have inspiration, and i'd love to share them with you all maybe. I was wondering if any of you write? Some people at a Britney forum are talented writers and we used to share our stuff all the time.

I used to write my own stuff in college, but now I've kinda slowed down.  My inspiration is dwindling.

I can improvise on my saxophone...I write poetry and short fiction, so I guess I'm capable of writing lyrics...I have a guitar and I'm trying to teach myself...and I'm having some luck at it, not much but some!

aww thats cool, i'll eventually get round to posting my stuff then. :) my friend is starting a band soon, and i'm gonna be writing some lyrics and stuff for the band to write some tunes to.

and i actually have a friend writing some piano music to one of my songs
he says the lyrics are good but i still don't like most of what i write
