Where in Australia are you? Don't you have to be 18 to get a tattoo, or can you get one at 16 with parental consent?

Thank you! =] Green eyes kinda run in my family. Eyes are always my favorite feature on people.
& Actually it's a fairly clear lip gloss, my lips are just normally that color =P lol

As for the braces, I have no clue when I'm getting them off. The tops ones have been on for two years, and the bottom ones since this summer. So hopefully really soon
