how do i get those onto itunes so i could put it on my ipod, it used to work, but now it wont.

Once you've got the song file. Go to my document find the file DONT OPEN IT right click it then click open with itunes. This will work for songs and videos. Then it will be on there. HOWEVER you can only put videos in the correct ipod fromat on there, you may do this and the video goes in the library but it wont go on the ipod i dont know how to do that.
