hey people here know damien rice.
I think he is really good, I heard the song volcano a couple of times and after that I immediately went and bought the album. and although it takes some getting used to it is now one of my favourites. I love the song Eskimo, with the whole opera thing and volcano is beautiful.
but I can understand why some people don't like it.

new album '9' due for release in Ireland on Nov 3rd, UK & Europe Nov 6th, USA Nov 14th!!!

There's a link on his website to listen to the album, so go, GO!! it's AMAZING!

Rootless Tree and Dogs are my favourites so far. Have to give it a few more listens though

YES! have been waiting for a new album to buy.
Note: he is an amazing performer. Saw him open for Fiona Apple this summer. In a word, incredible. Word.
