Guys, please be aware that the "Pleased to meet you" Japanese dvd is region 2 coded (for Europe & Japan).
So make sure your dvd player can read region 2 dvds before ordering! 

But any computer can play it, right?

I'm sort of embarassed to say that something had taken over me and forced me to run after her...and ask for an autograph which no one got...sort of bullshit, but whatever. An amazing experience nonetheless.

What do you mean? Why didn't anyone get one? Did she just say no? Didn't she sign stuff afterwards? I thought I saw pictures.

Yes, she's been recording for the last 6 or 7 months and plans to release it later this year.

Didn't she only say that she was writing music? Writing often happen ages before recording. Or did I miss something? Although I read her myspace posts ages ago I can't remember that she actually explicitely said she'd record and release a new album. Maybe I gotta check those posts again.

She could update her myspace-site and homepage on her own and put more stuff online. i know that after returning from malaysia she posted sth on her myspace, but this is all so confusing. she should post that on her HP aswell. She could also put backstage photos online and so on. also fans are searching the internet all the time and find certain interviews etc., but V should put links etc. on her HP, because only people who love her will search the net. everyone vaguely interested in her will find that her HP has no information at all.
i know that other people are suppossed to update her HP, but if they don't do so, V could very well do it on her own plus put a lot more infos on it.

I find it really bizarre though, that they used to be sort of mourning objects, used to remember dead people in Elizabethan times (apparently the English were really obsessed with death in the 19th C)

I don't get it. What do Elizabethan times have to do with the 19th century? Are you talking about Victorian times?

What happened to the plan to update the website? There are so many discussion whether V's fans continue supporting her or not and it's really sad seeing all these websites nobody's taking care of, especially nessaholics. It kinda looks like nobody's believing in her anymore, although I know that this is not true, but just imagine people interessted in V browsing the web and finding several sites like this. This doesn't give a good impression.
