So, I have generally liked Vanessa Carlton since Be Not Nobody; took a great interest in her before Harmonium was released. That album made me a fan, I suppose. Have lurked on these boards for about three years now and finally decided to contribute something.

My name is Emily and I am 21 years old. Three obsessions (more than likely unhealthy) in life: St. Louis Cardinals baseball, The Beatles, and George Harrison. The Beatles take up most of my iPod Nano's space; George takes up quite a bit as well. And as pathetic as the Cardinals were this season, I'm still thrilled with the 2006 World Series Championship.

Oh. And I have an evil cat named Rylie who will be 4 in April.

Can't wait to get to know you all. :D

I'm a Brewers fan, but don't think I agree with Ned Yost being an idiot sometimes, like when he brought McClung in to hit Pujols, only for Turnbow to show up and explode on the mound  :lol:.

Haha, I was sooo upset with Yost. Cardinals fans WANTED you to win those games... damn Cubs took the division.  :wink:

Wonder if he gets fired for losing that division. Our GM just got fired and Tony La Russa and Dave Duncan are sure to follow. Rough times ahead! :(

Anyone who dislikes the Cubs gets extra points in my book!  :dances:

They are going to bring Yost back, although there are Brewers fans who have wanted Yost fired since like June. LOL

I'm a decent Beatles fan myself, and I just happened to have their whole catalog on my RAZR this past week.  Well, not all at once, because I only have a half-gig card, so I can only hold about half of it on there at once. 8)
