Hi All-
Couple of things are going on...
1) Cisco alerted the world to a critical security weakness in their IOS code yesterday and spent most of yesterday working with all Tier 1 ISPs and CERT. Since the release of the new patched IOS code, Tier 1 ISPs have been upgrading their Cisco routers. While most of them have redundant links, it is possible for us to experience intermittant downtime or slowness through this process. Secondly, where this server resides is off a Tier 2 ISP... we have *several* Cisco routers and will have to perform the same upgrades. During this time, we will have to do some reloads which could cut off internet access for 1-2 minutes. This is just a heads up if it seems that we've gone offline... things are not down, we're scheduling everything VERY carefully.

I plan on doing this in the middle of the night and have been watching overall board usage. It seems to die around 1-2am EST and not pick up again till 7 am or so EST. Everything won't be down for a full 5 hours... again there are spiratic outages while things reboot and various cards are upgraded. So again, if you have problems reaching the forums or nessaholics.com, just give it a bit and try back. I haven't decided when to do this second upgrade, it is dependant on how problem 1 goes, but i'm hoping for sometime this weekend.
Let me know if you have any questions
