Wait a minute.  while Bourbon street IS the bomb diggity, you are ENTIRELY too young to enjoy it.  All the fun stuff requires you to be 21+.  WTF is a 19 year old gonna do on bourbon street?

NO idea what 'Bourbon Street' is- but it seems Todd my old chum you find yourself in the infamous 'under-age' predicament. A simple description of New Years' Eve in England:

 Drink.Drink.Drink.Kiss a stranger.Drink.Drink.Jump into Trafalgar Square fountain.Drink.

Oh wait, and you're not underage here either. Suddenly i think your New Years' Eve will no longer be spent on 'Bourbon Street'.

They're called fake IDs Andrew.  I don't think anyone in Statesboro under the age of 30 has a real one...

Beware.  They card pretty heavy on bourbon street.  Cops there don't mess around.

Thanks for the warning.  My ID holds up pretty damn well.  I accidentaly gave it to a cop one time at a road block and even he didn't notice.

I think we plan on hittin a casino up on the 26th and then going to Bourbon Street the rest of the week... we'll see.

There is a casino right off of Decatur street which is parallel to bourbon street.  Just follow bourbon street west then turn south and BAHM, right there is harahs.

I spent an evening there.  Good times.  Expect to be playing 10 dollar minimums on any friday or sat night though.

I'm not one for the casino.  If I'm gonna play I'm gonna play online poker.  I play the rounds on Party Poker and do pretty well.  Not gonna screw that up at blackjack or any other game v. the house.

Bourbon Street is a famous street in New Orleans.  People get plastered there and spend their Mardi Gras doing scandalous things.

OMG, it's my fantasy New Year's experience!  Only in my version there would be time spent taking lots of drunken pictures of me in the fountain kissing those strangers (one needs to multitask) and there'd be some naughty dancing done.  Oooh, and while in the fountain I'd be shouting:  "Mah name's Billy Elliot.  And I love to dance bah-leh!"

Bourbon st. is awesome. Actually, the entire French Quarter is the shizzle!!! The food is fantastic and the drinks are massive. I was there for Thanksgiving... I miss it already... :D

But Billy ain't Scottish love, sorry to trash your dream. lol
