Aaron .. too true .. She just said "I love real estate .." I bet she's kicking herself because .. uumm it's something you say when you're nervous?


And of course there is something seriously wrong with flirting with someone elses boyfriend .. the moment society doesn't think so .. is a very sad moment indeed.

Yeah Krystina; remember when V was looking at a place in L.A.? Her decision
to buy into Tribeca, shows real nouse from an investment perspective.  As for
its subject matter; NY Daily could have used Enceladus  to the same effect :P

Oh good god. I see people constantly flirting with everyone-young, old, straight, homosexual, taken, married, etc....
That doesnt mean there is something wrong with our society. Innocent flirting is nothing. I think anyone who thinks otherwise is either incredibly rigid or insecure.
Innocent or light flirting is very different from heavy flirting or serious flirting of course.
