What book re you currently reading?

Alright. I wouldn't normally make a thread like this, 'cause I dn't read that often, but . . . I've begun to like reading. So, yeah.

The Crucible - Arthur Miller is what I'm reading. I'm fascinated by things from or based upon events in the 1600s. The Salem Witch Trial, being one.

Cold Mountain by Charles Frazier. I love reading about the Civil War.
"We are made to bleed
And scab and heal and bleed again
And turn every scar into a joke
We are made to fight
And f**k and talk and fight again
And sit around
And laugh until we choke"

oooooooooooooooooooo I looooooooove The Crucible. One of my favorites.

If you're really interested in that time period then you might want to check out The Scarlet Letter. I'm not personally recommending it, because frankly that book makes me feel dead inside, but you might find it interesting.

Whoa..we just finished reading that in my English class. It was boring as hell!! The movie was very good tho (sad to) but I fell asleep when I had the chance whenever we had read that book..lol

Anyways, I'm STILL trying to finish the newest Harry Potter Book. It's gonna be hard tho since I start summer school tomorrow.
