Don't ask me why I saw this movie (rather unusual circumstances combined to make it happen)--but a while back, I saw this old, half-animated, half-old World War II footage film called "Wizards." It redefined the meaning of the word "random" for me. Not to mention it looked as if it had been put together by a bunch of 13 year-olds.
Not that I'm criticizing 13 year olds' art skills...

Rules Of Attraction
Weird but still a decent flick

Runner up:
Dead Alive (aka Brain Dead)
Zombie flick by LotR director Peter Jackson.

Donnie Darko was pretty weird.. considering I watched it at like 4 AM, alone..
and it just creeped me out.. not soo much anymore, however.

"Frozen Ice"

It's a Japanese horror flick.  Pretty stupid title, huh??
