I have noticed.  And I love it!

As in "Real. Comfortable. Jeans."  or Wal-Mart's "Good. Works."  It puts a full-stop between each word, and is very noticible when spoken aloud, drawing attention. :wink:

I love how beautifully she writes about losing her virginity. Some songs are like "yo son, I popped that bitches cherry and shit" whereas Vanessa writes like:

I also like this line in "San Fransisco":

Other than her talent with tone poem/program music/romantic era influenced music,  I also like powerful lines from the song "Wonder," one of which, where the music stops to silence and then:

That is friggin great.  I love it.

Put Your Hands On Me has a lot of really beautiful imagery. If this ends up being the second single I think it'd be amazing if they shot the video in Tibet. How awesome would that be?

I really like this portion of Private Radio because they're spoken from a stance of power. Such as, "This is what's going to happen and you can't do anything about it because I'm in control. Not you." And I just really like the way she delivers these lines.

C'est La Vie is easily one of Vanessa's most lyrically strong songs. The concept of having harmony with someone as a musical metaphor, and then to convey the image of the other person's melody within that harmony drowning out your own and suffocating you... it's awesome, enough said. Haha.
