Help??? What does this mean?? (Sway Analysis)

I'm doing an analysis on one of vanessa's songs. Sway. I need help explainig what these lines mean.  

"Come down heavy, try and steady
Precious ladies, love you, love me"

"Hold my head up to the lies that you feed me
I'll fall under the spell you cast as you let me down"

I have no idea what the first one means but for the second one i am thinking that she keeps falling into the false promises of the guy but i am not sure if that's what it really means.

The first one always confuses me, but for the second one, I'm pretty sure it's how she always believes the lies that the guy tells her, and doesn't realise until it's too late, and he always lets her down.

That first line has always bothered me 'cause I wish I knew what it meant too...but one day I thought I figured it out - think of it like this:

Precious ladies love you.  Love ME!!

(Love me, instead of those other girls!)

I don't know, that is my best guess.

As for "Come down heavy," I'd say that's like "coming down from that cloud."  Unfortunately, she can't keep dreaming about this guy...

When I first heard "Precious ladies, love you, love me." I was like, "Huh? What? VANESSA'S SINGING ABOUT GIRLS LOVING HER." But then I came to my senses and came to understand it the way PianoGirl4444 does.

I'm probably a likely candidate for asperger's syndrome....even though I learned to work around it, when times are tough it tends to come out more.  Sometimes I choose the wrong way to express myself and it sounds weird to other people.  If I have other problems it makes it that much harder.  If you have been following me and what I've been typing for the past couple of years you might see a pattern.  Sometimes I write stuff people consider very intelligent and extremely creative and original, but others confound the hell out of you.  Most of the time what I should be doing is just take the time to type out everything I'm thinking instead of trying to condense it all into a complicated perplexing one sentence mess I always believe people will catch on to. *shrug*  And yeah, times have been tough and stressful the past couple of years.

I'm really sorry to hear that. Certainly you are an individual and that rocks. I like the way you express yourself... usually I understand. Sometimes it does come across the wrong way, but pretty much everyone does it. I hope things get better for you soon.

The line Come down heavy, try and steady has always seemed to me like the guy is always going (read: flirtingish?) heavy on other girls as well? (Precious ladies...), and she is trying to tell him to steady himself.
