I want to ask you guys here at the nessaholics forum if it is possible to rate Vanessa's new single, "Nolita Fairytale".  Please post your rating OUT OF 10 STARS.  

I want to ask you guys to be OBJECTIVE with your rating, in other words, rate the song from a critic's point of view.  I will then analyze the poll results and let you guys know asap.  Due date for your ratings is 10 July 2007.

Okay...I'll start..

7/10  -  The "Hey!"  word at the end of the song is bugging me.. they should remove that - sounds too packaged and poppy.  Overall the song is great.  Love the words and the John Mayer "Waiting on the world to change" and Vanessa's "Private Radio" tone. Great.

Impossible to be objective, but I think NF is a little bit too personal for those who don't know her

7/10 . I feel happy when i hear it and the bridge is so "cool".  But I think so of the lyrics at the beginning are a little lacking. Overall, I enjoy listening to this song over and over again.

It was disappointing and a horrible choice for a lead single.
Most of the time a new VC song means looping for days. This one I listened to once and moved on.
