NetFlix or Blockbuster Total Access
« on: July 09, 2007, 09:20:44 am »
I have lots of free time at work and use both but am contemplating losing one.

I have been using Netflix since 2003 and feel a loyalty to them. I have had pretty good turnaround with them, a lot of times get new releases on the day, have a huge selection of indie movies and only lost (in the mail) 3 movies over the years. But...

I really like Blockbuster and being able to go to the store and pick movies out when I am done with the ones I got in the mail. But sometimes with the ones that are only 2 days I don't get to watch them cause I get busy.

We've been using Netflix since we lived in my old house, which was like 2001-2002, if that's even possible and I love it. I love their selection of movies and I love their quickness. There has only been 1 shipping issue and it was a return and was my fault. I'm completely loyal to Netflix and am always recommending it.

That's my two cents.

I really like Netflix, We've had it since it came out. I was contemplating signing up for the Blockbuster online deal, but the thing is there are many Blockbusters around here BUT every time I want to rent a movie they have one copy and can't find it, don't have it in store, need to order from another store (or I have to go pick it up at another location) and I heard they don't have as big a selection as Netflix. There is not one movie I have wanted that Netflix did not have. I don't mind the wait, I actually prefer it. I don't like having to go drop movies back off or going to go rent more. I like them in my mailbox and sending them out freely. :) So Netflix for me!

i just got netflix, my 2 week free trial is over and i think im keeping it..  the appealing thing about blockbuster's is that you can go in and get the movie if you need it right away which is convenient because if i return a netflix movie on a friday, they dont send out my next movies until monday.

Netflix might be the greatest thing to happen to me in the last 2 years...or has it been 3 now?  Only had one disc that was messed up, no shipping issues, just pure happiness!

Nothing beats Netflix. They have just about any type of film you want. Their selection of foreign horror is amazing.

Our Netflix subscription has resumed as of this week.  Nothing has changed about our situation, though, so I don't know how long these movies are going to lie around.
